Our client had gotten lost in the sea of high/low fashion brand options. They wanted to see where they lived and how they were worn to understand opportunities to claim a bigger share of closet.
We engaged Superstar fashionistas to invite us into their rooms for closet catwalk sessions in which they modeled their favorite outfits/looks. We also went shopping with them to understand what caught their eye on the racks, dressing room behaviors and treasured purchases.
We gave guidance to impact merchandising, store / shelf presentation and brand communication to celebrate our brand consumers’ fashion mix-mastery.
