Known around the world for our “anything-but-ordinary” approach to market research, this December we’re opening a first-of-its-kind research and event space we’re calling The Rec Room. Our facility, located in midtown Richmond, Virginia, will combine the technological capabilities of traditional focus group facilities with a casual and comfortable environment that enables participants to feel at home during sessions. In addition to market research sessions, the facility will service corporate and private events, and will feature a separate bar area, state-of-the-art AV equipment, spacious private meeting rooms, and a modern, open aesthetic throughout.
When we looked to expand, there was no question Richmond would remain home thanks to key metrics including its diverse metro area with 1.3 million residents (almost half of them in the highly-sought-after 20-54 age range), an above-average income and graduation rate, accessible location, national recognition as a hotbed for business innovation, and the area’s burgeoning and nationally-renowned food and craft beer scene.

The nearly-6000 square foot facility will also be available to outside groups wishing to conduct surveys, events, or retreats as space and availability permits.
